Hildegard Connects Art Show & Sell

WHAT: Inspired by a combination of in-person craft shows, flea markets, live demonstrations, performance venues and virtual teas, please join us for an afternoon artist show, tell and sell with socializing, fun, shopping, sharing creativity and more.

WHY: See faces without a mask and browse an eclectic mix of artistry from the comfort of your own home. No parking fees. No setting up booths in the hot sun or worrying about April showers to prevent potentially interested parties from seeing what you’ve been working on or connecting to like-minded artists and art appreciators. Explore new wonders and make new friends or connect with familiar faces that you may not have been able to see in a while. Serious enthusiasts and casual collectors will find one-of-a-kind works of art in all price ranges and a variety of styles and media.

WHEN: Saturday, April 24th, 2021 ~ 11AM-4PM EST (Time TBD depending on # of artists)

WHERE: Zoom Meeting – Preregistration Required

HOW? – REGISTRATION: Deadline Date to sign up as an ARTIST is Saturday April 17th. $10.00
Public/Patrons may sign up through Friday April 23 (midnight EST). $5.00

ARTIST REGISTRATION ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

ARTISTS: TO PRESENT, SHARE & SELL YOUR ART – Please include the following information:

TIMES: 11-12 / 12-1 / 1-2 / 2-3 / 3-4 – Please indicate time range(s) when you would like to present or if you’re open to any of these time periods. Schedule with approximate times will be made after registration closes April 17 and distributed by April 19. Goal is for each Artist to have one ~ 10-15 minute time period or ~ one 10 minute and a second 5 minute time available over 3-5 themed hours.

GROUPS: ACCESSORIES, BELLYDANCE, BOOKS, COSTUMES, DECORATIONS, DRAWING, ETSY, FOOD, HISTORY, JEWELRY, MIXED MEDIA, MUSIC, NEW, PAINTING, PAPER, RENFAIR, STEAMPUNK, WEARABLE ART, OTHER – Please let me know if other categories or special requests might be helpful. Please select as many groups as may apply to your art to help to coordinate event details.

ARTWORK PASSIVE SHOW: If you like, please send me some photos of your art examples and I’ll include in a PowerPoint presentation to share during breaks and to help promote the event.
